BEA ANN SMITH, Justice.

A jury convicted Preciliano Carmona of aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a ten-year-old girl. The jury assessed concurrent prison terms of sixty years for the three aggravated sexual assault counts and twenty years for the indecency count.
