In this appeal from the Superior Court, we consider a question of first impression: whether the twenty day time period for requesting a trial de novo under Superior Court Civil Rule 16.1(h)(1), following an arbitrator's decision, is subject to enlargement. We conclude that the period is not a jurisdictional barrier but is subject to enlargement under Superior Court Civil Rule 6(b). Accordingly, we affirm...
