The parties to the instant class action law suit, alleging violation of the federal securities laws, have requested the court to approve a final settlement reached between class counsel, on behalf of the class, and the defendants. Under the terms of the settlement, the defendants would be obligated to pay $1,150,000 in cash into a gross settlement fund in exchange for the release of all class members' claims...
