This is a personal injury suit resulting from a collision between an automobile and two trucks. Rachel Knighten sued Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LPC) and Satcom, Inc. d/b/a Cable Texas (Cable Texas) alleging she was injured due to the negligence of defendants' employees acting in the course and scope of their employment.
