Barbara Hawthorne ("Hawthorne") has charged her former employer St. Joseph's Carondelet Child Care Center ("St. Joseph's") with employment discrimination, alleging that she was subjected to sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII," 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17).
