Defendant was charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and with possession with intent to distribute in excess of 5000 grams of cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
