HARDBERGER, Chief Justice.

Introduction

James Eugene Wachter was charged with sexual contact with a child, sexual performance by a child, and sexual assault. In a separate indictment, Wachter was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. After the trial judge denied Wachter's Motion to Suppress Physical Evidence in both causes, Wachter pleaded guilty and was sentenced to twenty years in each cause, the terms to run concurrently....
