In this action, plaintiffs seek dissolution of a partnership. The case was originally filed in state court and subsequently removed to this court. The matter is presently before the court on plaintiffs' motion to remand the case to state court (Doc. 10). Because of procedural deficiencies in the removal of the case, the court grants plaintiffs' motion, and the case is hereby remanded to Johnson County...
