NATURE OF THE CASE

This is an appeal from a district court decision affirming a decision by the Twin Falls County Board of Commissioners (the Board). The Twin Falls County Planning and Zoning Commission (Commission) refused to allow Dale and Becky Gerratt (the Gerratts) to further divide three parcels of their land.
