This appeal arises from a declaratory judgment action in which the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of appellee Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate). Appellants Lawrence E. Powers and Judith A. Powers (Powers) assert that the trial court erred in finding that coverage under the homeowner's policy was excluded by the policy's "loading or unloading" exclusion.
