Plaintiff, Mark Guynn, appeals from the district court judgment affirming the revocation of his driver's license. We affirm.

Police arrested plaintiff for suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Plaintiff refused to perform roadside sobriety maneuvers and later refused to consent to alcohol testing.
