Appellant, Humberto Almazo Hoyos, appeals his aggravated robbery conviction. In seven points of error, he contends that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict and that the trial court erred by 1) prohibiting him from cross-examining the complainant as to motive, bias, or interest, 2) denying his motion for new trial, 3) entering an affirmative finding of a deadly weapon, and 4) denying appellant...
