AMIDEI, Justice.

Harold Carter appeals his convictions by a jury for two counts of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery. The jury assessed his punishment at thirty years imprisonment for each count. In eight points of error, appellant contends: (1) the evidence was legally insufficient to prove the use of deadly force or the use or exhibition of a deadly weapon in both counts and, (2) the trial court erred in overruling appellant's Batson...
