PER CURIAM.

In this prosecution for violation of a municipal ordinance, plaintiff appeals by leave granted pursuant to MCR 7.205(D) the circuit court's opinion and order that affirmed the district court's order dismissing the prosecution against defendant on the basis that the zoning ordinance she was accused of violating, Rochester Hills Ordinance 200, § 4.02, was an unconstitutional restraint on free speech. We affirm.
