MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] Russell Lemmie Walbert has appealed the district court's amended findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order for amended judgment1 in a divorce action by Tiffane Marie Walbert, and from an order granting Tiffane's petition to change the surnames of the parties' minor children. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
