This matter is before the Court on Defendants An-Apple-A Day, Inc. ("Apple"), Christina Anne Steffen ("Steffen"), and Myles Lipton's ("Lipton") Motion to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Telco Communications ("TELCO").1 For the reasons stated below, this Motion is DENIED.
