Plaintiff Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires ("BPBA"), which filed this action seeking a declaratory judgment, now moves for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P. For the reasons that follow, plaintiff's motion is granted.
