The plaintiff in this product liability action alleges that, while she was employed as a supermarket cashier, she suffered repetitive strain injuries ("RSI") to her hands and wrists, including carpal tunnel syndrome ("CTS"), as a result of using cash registers/scanners manufactured by the defendant.
