Defcon, Inc. ("Defcon"), a Shreveport, Louisiana, manufacturing company, initially filed this lawsuit against Kenneth Webb, its former general manager and shop foreman, to enjoin the use and/or disclosure by Webb of what Defcon considered to be secret, proprietary information. Walker-Wheland, Inc. ("Walker-Wheland" or "W-W"), another Shreveport manufacturer, intervened seeking a declaratory judgment and was later added by Defcon as a defendant on grounds...
