Bobby Ward filed a disputed claim for compensation and an amended disputed claim seeking recovery of supplemental earnings benefits, vocational rehabilitation services, and penalties and attorney fees. Mr. Ward appeals the ruling of the workers' compensation hearing officer denying his claim. For the reasons assigned, we affirm.
