OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

This is a suit for damages for the wrongful death of Juan Garcia Rodriguez. Appellants sued appellees, the State of Texas and the City of Corpus Christi, for negligence after Rodriguez's tractor-trailer rig hit a bridge abutment located on a detour at a highwayinterchange construction site. The trial court granted summary judgment for appellees, and appellants appeal by six points of error. We affirm in part and reverse and remand...
