Appellant, Galen Glover, appeals his convictions for robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action. Mr. Glover claims that the trial court erred in failing to suppress a pretrial identification of him made by Brad Williams, which Mr. Glover argues resulted from unduly suggestive procedures, and in failing to suppress the admission of a subsequent in-court identification by Brad Williams, which Mr. Glover claims was made unreliable...
