Plaintiff Kenneth M. Zeran instituted this action against defendant Diamond Broadcasting Inc. d/b/a KRXO Radio ("KRXO"), asserting defamation, false light invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and punitive damages claims. KRXO has filed a motion for summary judgment, which the court concludes should be granted. The rationale for the court's decision
