Plaintiff Monica Madanes bring this action against various individual and corporate Defendants, alleging violations of RICO and asserting numerous statutory and common law claims under New York law. The Defendants move to dismiss the Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1), 12(b)(2), 12(b)(6) and 9(b), as well as the doctrines of international comity, forum non conveniens and Princess Lida.
