A.M. Capen's Co. filed the complaint in this diversity case alleging that the American Trading and Production Co. (ATAPCO) violated the Puerto Rico Dealer's Act, Act No. 75 of June 24, 1964, P.R. Laws Ann. tit. 10, §§ 278-278d (Official translation 1976 & Supp.1991). There are three motions pending before the Court. The plaintiff filed a cross motion for partial summary judgment on the issue...
