MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PLATT, District Judge.

Defendants move pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e) and 28 U.S.C. § 1919 to amend the July 1, 1997 Judgment to include an award of attorney's fees to defendants in the amount of $42,058.00. For the reasons set forth below, defendants' motion is DENIED.
