This is an appeal from a circuit court's order affirming a decision of the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS), which denied reimbursement for certain expenses incurred by Life Care Center of New Market. New Market argues that the trial judge erred in affirming DMAS's decision to deny reimbursement for (1) overhead expenses incurred by Life Care Construction in building an addition to the New Market facility, and (2) certain interest expenses...
