ROBINSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

The debtor, Robert D. White ("White"), appeals the Bankruptcy Court's allowance of the secured and priority claim filed by his ex-wife, Valencia Bell ("Bell"). White filed a petition under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code during the pendency of the parties' divorce proceeding.
