The central issues here are whether automobile insurance exclusions for "migrant workers" or for the "commission of any felony" are enforceable. We decide both exclusions are ambiguous and against public policy in the context of these facts. We reverse the trial court's grant of summary judgment to the insurance company based upon the migrant workers exclusion, and affirm the trial court's denial of summary...
