Willet, M.D. (" Dr. Willet") and Greene County Memorial Hospital ("Hospital"), within the original jurisdiction of the Commonwealth Court,1 seeking indemnity or contribution from appellees, the Pennsylvania Medical Catastrophe Loss Fund ("CAT Fund"), Pennsylvania Medical Society Liability Insurance Company...
