Gary Baert lost his job as Driver-Salesman for Euclid Beverage, Ltd. because he was diagnosed as an insulin-dependent diabetic. He was offered the lesser job of warehouseman which he rejected. He was then terminated. He has filed this lawsuit in which he claims that Euclid violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (the "ADA") by not reasonably accommodating his disability.
