The Plaintiff, Claire Murray ("Murray"), brought suit against the Defendant, Shaw Industries, Inc., ("Shaw"), alleging copyright infringement and violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1125(a)(1)(A) and 1125(a)(1)(B).
