OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Appellant was a juvenile at the time of the commission of the instant offense. He was indicted and tried for murder. He was convicted by a jury of murder, after being certified to stand trial as an adult, and the jury assessed punishment at life confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division and a fine of $10,000.
