Plaintiff filed this action pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. Now before the Court are Defendant Praxair's Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Stay of August 12, 1996. For the reasons set forth below, Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED1 and Defendant's Motion for Stay is DENIED.
