This action arises out of the discharge of all Deputy Clerks in the Court system of the State of Connecticut. Plaintiff Local 749, AFSCME, Counsel 4 ("Local 749") has brought suit on behalf of its members alleging that defendants, Judge Aaron Ment, Chief Court Administrator of the State of Connecticut ("Ment") and Robert D. Coffey, Director of the Human Resource Management Unit of the Connecticut Judicial Department...
