Before the Court is the Joint Motion of Michael Kaliner, Trustee and Larry Moses, Debtor ("Movants") To Vacate Order of May 16, 1995 Granting Partial Relief Lifting Stay (the "Motion"). The Motion requires us to once again explore the murky confluence of state domestic relations law and federal bankruptcy law. See In re Bennett, 175 B.R. 181 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1994)....
