DUNCAN, Justice.

Henry Lee Jones was convicted of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and sentenced by the jury to twenty-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Jones appeals, seeking reformation of the judgment to delete the deadly weapon finding, because the State failed to give him adequate notice that it would seek such a finding.
