This interlocutory appeal arises from the trial court's denial of summary judgment based on official immunity. Appellee, David Charles, sued appellant, Tammy Jean Beatty, for damages arising from a car accident that occurred between them while Beatty was working as a police officer for the City of Olmos Park.
