OPINION

WILSON, Justice.

Appellant, Michelle Lynn Ashton, appeals from her conviction for possession of a controlled substance. The trial court denied a motion to suppress evidence filed by appellant. Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant pled no contest to possession of less than one gram of cocaine. The trial court found appellant guilty and sentenced her to two-years confinement, probated for four years, and imposed a $250 fine. In one point of error...
