This matter comes before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Lexecon, Inc. ("Lexecon") and by defendant Sherman, Meehan & Curtin ("SMC"). Defendant SMC hired Lexecon to provide economic consulting services in Herbert Haft's divorce case. Lexecon now seeks payment for those services from SMC and Haft. SMC has moved for summary judgment.
