After a bench trial, Appellant, Scott Schickler, was convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Possession With Intent to Deliver and/or Manufacture a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On appeal, Appellant argues that the evidence seized from his apartment should have been suppressed because the search warrant was not supported by probable cause...
