This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County denying appellants' motion for a new trial and entering judgment in favor of appellees on September 7, 1994. The above-captioned consolidated cases involved claims for alleged personal injury resulting from exposure to asbestos. At the completion of the damages portion of this reverse bifurcated trial, the jury returned a verdict for the defense stating that appellants...
