OPINION

GARRARD, Judge.

Timothy Johnson ("Johnson") appeals the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief, claiming that the post-conviction relief court erred by finding that his right to be present at all critical stages had not been violated and that his attorney did not render ineffective assistance at trial and on his direct appeal. We affirm.
