AllSouth Stevedoring Company (AllSouth) and Strachan Shipping Company (Strachan) and their respective workers' compensation insurance carriers, Travelers Insurance Company and Legion Insurance Company, filed two separate applications for discretionary appeal from the decision of the superior court affirming an award of workers' compensation to James Wilson.
