PER CURIAM.

The plaintiffs sold mineral rights to the defendant for a price calculated by using the defendant's estimate of the remaining value of those rights. Later, the plaintiffs came to believe that they had been defrauded, and filed suit. The circuit court granted summary disposition for the defendant on the ground that the plaintiffs had signed a release, and had failed to tender the amount they had received in consideration of the release...
