On August 10, 1993, the State of Louisiana charged Robert Bindon (defendant) with the felony offense of armed robbery, La.R.S. 14:64. On September 21, 1993, a jury found defendant guilty as charged. Defendant appealed. On appeal, he argues the trial court erred in accepting the armed robbery verdict because it was not supported by sufficient evidence. He specifically asserts the State did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt defendant robbed the victim...
