THOMPSON, Presiding Judge.

A maternal grandmother who was denied visitation rights with her grandchild pursuant to Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. ("A.R.S.") § 25-337.01 challenges the trial court's ruling. We affirm for the following reasons.
