Anthansiou C. Kourtidias has been convicted of enticement of a child pursuant to § 948.07(3), STATS., and exposing his genitals to a minor pursuant to § 948.10, STATS. He pled guilty to the exposure charge and the matter proceeded to jury trial on the enticement charge. The jury found Kourtidias guilty.
