Anthansiou C. Kourtidias has been convicted of enticement of a child pursuant to § 948.07(3), STATS., and exposing his genitals to a minor pursuant to § 948.10, STATS. He pled guilty to the exposure charge and the matter proceeded to jury trial on the enticement charge. The jury found Kourtidias guilty. On appeal, Kourtidias contends that the trial court erred by: (1) admitting "other acts" evidence...
