After appellant George S. Yelich was terminated by Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, he and his wife commenced an action for wrongful discharge and defamation in a West Virginia circuit court. Woodmen filed a motion to dismiss the action based on a forum selection clause in its employment contract with Yelich which provided that all causes of action arising under the contract must be brought in Douglas County, Nebraska.
