In this case plaintiffs question the constitutionality of several provisions of 1994 P.A. 112, which amended the public employment relations act. The circuit court upheld all but two provisions of the act. The Court of Appeals affirmed. This Court unanimously affirms the Court of Appeals except with respect to 1994 P.A. 112, § 17.
